Factory Maintenance

I am going to be in the Illinois & Indiana area in Mid to late May and would like to come by and have some problems checked. Is this possible and where do I come to? Do I need an appointment for minor problems? My dealer is new to Heartland and I am not convinced of his capabilities with the Heartland trailers, yet.
