Hello Factory Folks,
While we were attending the Goshen Rally, we heard about Bryan's promise of a Bug Catcher for everyone there. Never did find a sign-up list but would really like to have one of the bug catchers for our 3670rl. Who do we contact?

Call Customer Service so they can check your name off their list of rally attendees and get you this item, "if" it will work on your door. 877-262-8032.

Thanks Jim. Will do. Our October Rally for Mississippi/Alabama is looking good for turnout. We have had two new memberships from Alabama primarily due to the discussion of our Rally. Will keep you posted.

Hum - I just called customer service and talked with Ryan (not Bryan) who doesn't know anything about this. Who did ya'll talk to?

Your unit should have the new style slider on your screen door.

Edit below based on what I learned from Customer Service...

For others who were at the rally and think they may be a candidate for this, do this:
Call Customer Service (877-262-8032) and ask for your "Parts Rep". Service Reps are not handling fulfillment of this.
