Does anyone know where I might get tire covers for 16 inch tires? All I can find are for 15. Ihave a triple axel Razor.

I use these on my triple axle trailer. The tire size is LT225/75R16. They come in different sizes; you need to measure the outside diameter of your tires and choose accordingly. I don't remember for sure but, I think I got the 36"-39" size. YMMV.
