Anyone have a good dealer for service in the Washington/Oregon area? We are travelling Alaska right now and have a couple of issues we need to have repaired before we head home to TN . We are still under warranty. Our main problem is water coming out the underbelly. There is no water in the basement. When we have been on water pump we are having clean water coming out when we get on the road. Need to find out where it is coming from. Also had a brake problem which we need to have checked.

Re: Dealer/Service info

I would call Heartland service at the number on the portal page, as they keep a list of 3rd party servicers they have had good experiences with. There is also a website you could check - RVServiceReviews.com

We are extremely unhappy trying to get this warranty brake and lift problem taken care of. We have called every dealer Heartland recommended in the Seattle area and all are either booked up or they don't do that repair there. Seems all these dealers are all too happy to sell a unit but very few want to do any work on them. When you are on the road and request service seems that someone should help. Obviously you would not be requesting these repairs just to have it done. Guess we will try to limp our unit home and pray no problems. WE are a very unhappy Heartland owner.

We've used Tacoma RV for all of our warranty work, they have been outstanding. Although they are not a Heartland dealer they worked very well Heartland. Because of the problems we had with our dealer Heartland told us to go to whom ever we are comfortable with.
In the past 10 years we had bought 2 RV's from Tacoma RV and they just continue doing excellent work.

It's a sad situation your in...but HL cannot make a dealer work on your rig. RV dealers are not like auto dealers. Try to find an independent shop that will work with HL. You might be able, depending on which axles you have, to find someone that does brake work for that axle setup. BTW, what is the issue with the brakes?? I would worry more about that than water in the underbelly.
