Stain is peeking off dining chairs

We have a 2010 Landmark Augusta, The stain is peeling off wood on chairs and when we were in Elkhart this spring to have storm damage repaired we asked RV Capital about seeing about replacing chairs and Heartland said that it was out of Warranty and that they couldn't help us.. When in Texas for the winter people asked if they could see our unit and I was so embarrased to have them in just because of the chairs..

It is not really "stain" if it peels off. It is paint and we had the same problem. It is embarassing but I fixed that. I replaced the table and chairs with a booth dinette.
