Panel in slideout..

My paneling in my slide out has bubbled it is the oddest thing. I have no idea why it would have done that. If I knew how to post a pic on here I would, so you could all see. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this would happen?

It seems like just the skin of it has bubbled.

You didn't say if the bubbles are on the inside or outside. If inside they could be caused by water leaking from the outside. Had a similar problem which caused small bubbles till I found the leak. Hope this helps

They are on the inside. It is like the top layer of paper has bubbled. There was a shelf there, that I discovered was stuck on with 2 sided tape. it fell off the wall. and that was when I saw the bubble.

Sounds like the weight of the shelf may have pulled the wall paper loose from the paneling. You might be able to shoot some glue under the paper with a hypodermic needle.
