Where are the jacking points on the MPG to change a flat tire?

Thank you

Good question. At the Heartland Rally in Goshen this summer, the Lippert people said to jack on the axles. The Dexter people said to jack on the frames. The general consensus was that you call Superman, who will pick up the entire rig and hold it in the air while you change the tire.

Seriously, how hard would it be to provide that sort of information? I would assume that on the frame, as close as possible to the axle attach point would be a good place, but I don't know. Have you asked your dealer or Heartland?

Here's the response I received From Heartland this morning:
"In the eventyou would need to change a flat tire, the jack should be placed on the framenear the spring hanger."
I also called Lippert, and they said the jacking point is on the frame, as close to the axle as possible, and did not recommend jacking on the axle.

Great! I guess I'd better go take a look on Monday and see what I can see under there. It is too hot to do anything like that today, but the weather is supposed to change on Sunday.
