5th wheel cover - mold problems

I am contemplating covering my 5th wheel here in Missouri when we head back to Florida. It would be covered from mid Octobr until the end of the following May--about 6 1/2 months. I have heard that there could be a mold problem with having it covered for so long. Does anyone have any experience with this? Are breathable covers the answer? I would appreciate any advice on this matter. Thanks.

Sunbrella sheds water and breathes some. Be sure to clean the roof thoughly before putting a cover on because any organics on the roof will blacken and make spring cleaning the roof more difficult.

I use the ADCO with Tyvec (white roof & beige & brown colors) I believe its called the Designer model. I have used it for several years now and haven't had Mold problems. But like the last post make sure your roof is clean before covering it. I'm here in S. Florida and with the humidity & rain, you need to keep it covered or it will degrade fast.
