Is My 2012 3650RL A Four Seasons Coach?

I am asking this as I went from a 4 seasons Forest River and now am not so sure that this rig is really a 4 seasons rig. These are my questions:

1) Are the holding tanks heated?
2) Is the underbelly insulated, if so, is there an "R" value?
3) Are there any water supply lines that run under the trailer?

If there is anything else you can add, please do.

Thanks

You can find most of the answers on the HeartlandRVS.com website.

Four-season is a bit undefined. Winter in Florida is a bit different from the Colorado mountains.

Holding tanks are heated if you purchased the tank heater option.
Wall (R-Value)R-8
Floor (R-Value)R-27
Roof (R-Value)R-23

Water supply lines are in the insulated and heated underbelly, but the fresh water drain line can be a problem in freezing weather. Temps below zero are a problem for the plumbing unless you add skirting or a Yeti package. And when it gets below zero, you have to have the funace running a lot to keep the underbelly warm.

If you bought dual pane windows you'll be more comfortable when it gets very cold. Fireplace option is also a big help.

If the refrigerator has an icemaker or water dispenser and is located in a slide, you'll have to shut off that line in the basement and evacuate the water. It's not insulated or heated where the feed line comes out of the underbelly to go into the slide.
