Looking at a 22FBS this weekend

Hello! We have narrowed our search for a travel trailer and are seriously considering the North Trail 22FBS. I was wondering if anyone could provide feedback on what they like/dislike, experience with the trailer, etc. We may also be doing a decent amount of dry camping as well and was curious if anyone has done this and how many days you get out of the tanks for this trailer. There will only be two of us. Thanks for any feedback!

Hi 2camperz,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and hopefully to the Family. We have a great bunch of people here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge if needed.

I'm sure some of our North Trail owners will jump in soon with some information for you.

Enjoy the forum.

This is our second North Trail. We had a 2008 28BHS T.T. and know have a 2011 29RE fifth wheel. Both have had minor issues, but nothing out of the ordinary. There are a ton of North Trail floor plans, so pick the one you like best. We love ours.

Good Luck!!

Hi, you can go 3 days if you are conservative with your water.

We had some problems with our slide-out leaking, but we think it is ok now, waiting for the next rain while camping to find out! And a few other problems, nothing major, but we like this trailer quite a bit. Oh and it does tow really well.

Good luck!

Thank you for the welcoming replies. We saw the trailer yesterday and really liked it. We are looking forward to purchasing one in the near future!

Hopefully the future is soon and you can make some of the Heartland rallies and meet some of the best people and eat the best rally food. It becomes a habit.
