Used 2009 3490 RB questions

I've been looking at a used 2009 Big Country 3490 from a dealer but before making a final decision, I wanted to reach out to current owners. My questions are:

• are you generally happy with your rig
• are there any known issues with this model I should be aware of
• any problems towing with my 2006 Dodge Ram quad diesel?
• overall quality of the rig ... good?
• anything else you would care to share?

I'm looking to move up from a 29' travel trailer and this is quite a bit more of a unit and quite a bit more money. I just want to make sure I'm making the right move given the money I'm looking to spend between the rig and hitch work. Thank you in advance for your help and insight ... John
