Router/Splitter not sending signals to other TVs?

I have a 2009 3850 with a TV in the garage, bedroom and main compartment. In the Kitchen cabinet above the sink are two boxes with the Direct TV and a three zone splitter with all visual signal cables running into it. I can't get a signal to the garage or bedroom TVs. Any suggestions? Does anyone have a manual or diagram that can clear things up?

Check all connections thoroughly. There have been issues in the past with shoddy terminals on the coax. That would be my first check.
