TV Mount in Garage

Gents,
What's the best way to mount a tv to the wall in my garage? I have a mount that pivots on an arm. Lag bolts through a base plate?
Thank you,

Depending on where you want to mount the tv. I mounted a 19" flat screen on my front bedroom wall where there was no stud by "sandwiching" 2- 6"X10" aluminum plates on the both sides of the wall with 1/4" bolts drilled through the wall, then only snugged up as to not crush the wall. I then used sheetmetal screws to attatch the tv bracket to the aluminum sheet. It has held up for 2 years with no problems. I would urge some caution as the ride in the garage is rougher than further forward so the mount (and straps to secure the tv) should be pretty secure.
