something under linoleum

Hello All, We recently purchased a 2010 26bh with very little use from the previous owner. Upon getting ready for our upcoming weekend trip I notice something under the linoleum. Feels like a nail or bolt head pushing up about 6 inches in front of the refrigerator. Any guesses what this is and how to fix it before it destroys the floor?

Hello Bardeenm1 and welcome to the forum. This is a great place to share information about our rigs.
In my last rig I had something poping up under the lino. I felt it was a screw head coming up. I took a sharp knive and cut three sides around the bump. It was a screw coming up. I removed the screw and filled the hole with some super glue and a toothpick and re-installed the screw. I then used the same super glue to secure the lino flap back in place.
You could also use a glue made for flooring.
