Visit to Dealer today

Went to the dealer we bought our 2012 North Trail 21 FBS from to pick up our tags. Mentioned to the service manager that the lock on the door handle won't lock but the dead bolt was fine. He said bring it in and we'll replace it. I also said that I was missing the top to the cove over the propane tanks and didn't know what happened to it. He said I'll order you another cover no problem. Wow....great service. I told him those were our only issues.

Congratulations on your new "condo on wheels". It sounds like you have a terrible dealer who is very willing to make things right for you. Sometimes dealers are just interested in sales only and forget the importance of the after sell relationships. Enjoy and travel safely.
