Our new bh32ti has had many, many problems. Poor quality of fit, construction and workmanship abound. We fixed most things ourselves but the major items were attended to by Morry's with prompt, courteous and professional service. I feel sorry for BH dealers when I hear and know about the crap that they have to fix from the factory, but Morry's are up to the challenge and hopefully within a year or so we will have a fine unit.
Now about extended warranties.....I'm a bit nervous from the long list of bugs so I better start looking for one.
