Where can a replacement King mattress be found?

We purchased a used Bighorn and we are trying to find where to purchase a new replacement King mattress. A conventional king measures 76 x 80, but the slide area is 70 x 80. Camping World where we purchased the 5th wheel does not offer a King replacement bed. Does anyone know where to purchase one?

You'll need to look for a mattress 72 x 80, which is the standard RV king size mattress. Seems CW only sells the expensive Select Comfort in that size, though.

Look for a custom mattress builder. We found one here in Springfield Mo., cost $80 more than just buying one already made to have one made. Took 2 weeks, sleeps better than the one in the house.

Hay fellow Texas. We end up every year near McKinney TX. Our OEM King size mattress went south and our Dr. told us to get a custom mattress and use natural latex rubber. Our mattress is made of natural latex with a firm core and a comfort layer of organic cotton. It has no formaldehyde in it. Here is a website about Natural Latex compared to memory foam rubber mattress.

Something else. An RV King Mattress is 72" x 80". On our platform it was squeezed in between the sides of the frame making it hard to get out and push back in. So we ordered a 71" x 80" mattress with an 8" height, making it easier to pull out and push back in. We told them we did not want the RV sides but regular firmness all the way around. RV Mattresses can have stiffer sides because people sit on them quite often.

Thats what we did.
