Cream Tacos

Past Mississippi Chapter Leader (Founding)
1 lb. Chili
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 carton of half and half
1 can Rotel Tomatoes -diced or chopped
1 can Ranch Style Beans- rinsed

Heat Chili then stir in the Velveeta, half and half, and Rotel. When the Velveeta is melted and blended in, add the beans. Serve with or over Frito chips.

The name of this dish is not as descriptive as it should be. Some of our family call it Chili Fritos. It is really a creamy, cheezy, Mexican chili soup. You try it then send us your name.

Loved it! I'd call it:
  • Chili Dip
  • Mexican Dip
  • Cheesy Chili Soup
  • Cheesy Chili Topping
  • Cheesy Chips and Chili < my favorite name
Call it what you will, it was pretty darn tasty :)
