Can you tell me if Lazy Days in Seffner has requested permission to do warranty work on my BC 3250TS ? It was 3 weeks ago that they looked at my 5th wheel.......

JMHO but I think a phone call 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030 to Heartland Customer Service will net a quicker reply for an inquiry of this nature. Although CS has been very good about answering my emails, it does take a few days and even then they usually call me with the information I need.
