Customer service remark

I sent an email to customer service about a bad electrical connection that caused some heated wire at a light and the switch. I told them that I could make the repair if they would send a switch and the connectors. Didn't hear from them for a few work days and was about to fire off a nasty note when the parts showed up on the porch. They even sent extra connectors in case I mess one up. Very happy with the response.

This was with a North Trail and was caused by one loose wire in a bundle of 3 in a wire nut. Real easy to happen.
