ATF: Big Country - Water Filtration

I was told by our salesman that we have a water filtration system. But he doesn't know where the filter(s) is located on our coach. We have a 2012 3450 TS.

How can I access the filter(s)?

I think the reason the salesman does not know where the filter is located is because your rig does not come with one.

No your BC does not have a built in water filter. There are lots of filters on the market for Rv's. I have 2 filters hooking in line that would go under the sink in your home. 1 charcoal, one normal. You can buy them at Lowes or Home Depot for 1/2 of what CW wants and they are the same filter.

I have the external filters that I bought at Lowes, next I am going to get a portable water softner....

I will make sure that the dealership is aware of this, however, there is not a water filter installed from the factory. IF (big if) the dealer installed one, you would have to contact them.

Since there are so many choices in water filtration systems, we leave it up to the owners.
