Hi kern,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and Family. We have a great bunch of people here with lots of information and all willing to share if needed.

First if you have an outside shower, make sure both the hot and cold valves are off. If that is OK,, look for water heater bypass. If it is not in UDC, you may need to remove a panel or something to gain access to rear of water heater, find you water heater on the outside then find access to behind it and check the valves to make sure the center bypass is closed.

Let us know what you find.
Enjoy the forum.

Check both your indoor shower and outdoor shower to make sure both the hot and cold are 100% off. This mixing is the typical issue with luke warm water.

I'm not certain on your coach but the bypass is often a 3-way valve in the docking center. If yours is not, then it's likely behind the docking center behind a utility wall.
