Door Spacers?

Can anyone explain how to use the door spacers that are included with the refrigerator? I suspect they are intended to be used when the RV is in storage, but I can't see how they hold the door open.

There is a "tongue" that slips into the latch on the door. You then close the door while pressing the end of the spacer in so that it clears the edge. It will hold the door slightly open enough for air to circulate in and out. You should have two, one for the fridge and one for the freezer.

Jim, your's are different than mine. The ones I have are rectangular and work by inserting the end inside the refer door opening. That holds the door so it doesn't swing out on it's own.

I close my doors on a rolled up kitchen towel that wedges enough to hold the door, yet cracks it open.
