ATF: Big Country - Need fix for unstabile ladder

We have BG3250TS with a rear ladder that deflects when you just lean on it as if it might pull out of the rear cap. Is there a fix for this problem? Other brand trailers I have looked at don't deflect when leaned on.

Josh33, Does your Big Country have a flat rear wall or a fiberglass cap? If a flat wall, I think it would be best to first insure the ladder is attached to backer boards or studs. The ladders are easy to remove, tighten up all the brackets, bars and mounting plates and reattach.
All that said, if it's still under warranty, have the dealer fix it right.
