Hello,

I have a 2012 cyclone 4014 and now that its getting cooler out here in California, I noticed that my bedroom ac/heat pump doesn't blow warm air at all when i set it to warm? Is this an issue that any of you have had? I didn't get any user guide for the ac/furnace when we bought the cyclone.

The other thing I'm wondering is if I do actually have a heat pump on the bedroom or if its just A/C.

Did you order your rig with a heat pump? You might try calling Heartland on Monday. Have your VIN handy. They should be able to tell you if you have the heat pump.

If you have a heat pump your thermostat should have an 'HP' setting (Cool & Furn). If 'HP' is not listed you may still have a heat pump but the dip switches on the unit (on the roof) may not be set correctly. We had that issue and were able to look at somebody elses switches and set ours to the way theirs was set and our heat pump worked! Good luck!
