Hi All, Charter cable was just here and hooked up our phone and internet service!!! WOW, is it fast but have a question. We had been using a Verizon 727 air card with a cradlepoint CT350 and now have the charter modem with a ethernet port to the PC. The CT350 was USB connected, the USB727, so my question is is there a cable or adaptor that goes from the new modem, ethernet, to USB. I would like to use the Cradlepoint as it works just fine. My PC is ethernet connected but the wifes laptop is wireless.
Hope this makes sense

Gus, are you saying that your CT350 does not have a plug for an ethernet cable?
You might have to bite the bullet and spring for a new router.
Shoulda got the MBR1000.

Peace

You will not need an adapter, all you will need is a Ethernet patch cord of the appropriate length and follow the these instructions on the Cradlepoint Web site.

The ethernet should be faster than a USB connection and won't require any extra software to control it. As long as there are drivers for the LAN card it is just plug and play with the cable modem.
