Our "5th annual Central CA Chapter" rally will be a 3 day event from Fri, Sept 21th thru Monday, Sept 24th (departure date). If you would like to reserve a space, post or PM me and let me know your arrival & departure dates. PLEASE do NOT call Jackson Rancheria RV park, I am handling all the reservations.

All reservations have been filled and the park is fully booked for the weekend.

Invited guests (non-member) joining any rally activity is $10.00 per person.

Manteca RV will be participating in our Rally. They will have 2 new Heartland rigs on display.

FRIDAY - Sept 21st

1:00pm - 3:00pm - CHECK-IN at office. Pick up your Welcome packet @ our site #43

4:00pm - 5:00pm - MEET & GREET Join us for a gathering at our site to meet other Heartland and friends. Bring your lawn chairs so you can visit with everyone & meet some new HL owners! We'll put out some light munchies/snacks.

5:30pm - DINNER at the "Rancheria Buffet" for seafood. And for those who don't care for seafood, they also have other foods you can enjoy. Cost is : $24.95 per person, Seniors 55+ get $2.00 off.

We are asking for each rig to donate a gift worth at least $15.00 for our "prize raffle". Please bring it to the "meet & greet" so that we can have them ready for display before our Potluck dinner on Saturday.

SATURDAY - Sept 22nd

9:30am-11:00am CRAFT SALES at the Clubhouse or Outdoors (depending on weather). If your hobby is crafting and would like to show off & sell some of your homemade crafty items, bring them out and display them for sale. For rally attendees only & must keep this within the group.

1:00-2:00pm - The "Biggest Little Kitchen Store" Come out and join us in the Clubhouse. They will be doing a demo show on some of their latest kitchen gadgets.

2:30-3:30pm - SkyMed 'takes you home' Presentation with Bruce & Pauline Pokallus, wine & cheese for those attending. Meet at site # 28 and bring your lawn chairs.

5:00pm - POTLUCK DINNER & BBQ at Clubhouse. Each rig brings a dish to share, SALADS (PASTA, VEGGIES or FRUIT) OR DESSERTS that feeds at least 12 people. Plates, napkins, untensils, water & sodas will be provided. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SERVING UTENSILS!
Raffle tickets for sale. 10 tickets/$10.00
PRIZE RAFFLE following dinner.

SUNDAY - Sept 23rd

12:00 noon -12:30pm - HOT DOG ROAST - we'll be roasting hot dogs, so stop by our site to chat & have a hot dog.

5:00pm - APPETIZER POTLUCK - out on lawn site. Each rig brings an appetizer to share (fruit or veggie platters, finger foods, crockpot beans, meatballs, etc) Water & Sodas provided

MONDAY - Sept 24th

9:00-10:00am - CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST & JUICES served at our site #43

11:00am - check-out time for those departing today

I just wanted to introduce ourselves, we are Chuck and Donna Hale from Modesto Ca and we are new to the forum. We are also new to the Heartland Owners Club and just wanted to say hi. We are looking foreword to meeting everyone and making new friends. We just signed up for our first rally at Jackson Rancheria, It's one of our favorite parks.

Hi teresa my wife and I are club members # 1448 and have not attended any events do to medical issues I had, but did visit the Jackson event in oct of 2010 and would like to attend this years event.We know Butch and Stacy from camping at Lake Alpine where they are camp host and they gave us the info to join.We have an Sundance 2900 RK and live in Modesto.
