Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts..remove skin
    6 slickes of bacon
    1 pkg. dried beef
    1 small container sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 package of extra wide noodle

Preparation Instructions

  • Cut up dried beef and spread in the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Wrap one piece of bacon around each breast and lay over dried beef. Mix together the sour cream and soup. Pour on tope of chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 3 hrs. I do check before 3 hrs. to see what is going on.
    I usually cook the noodles as soon as I feel the chicken is close. Serve a chicken breast on a helping of noodles. Spread a spoon of the juice/dried beef over chicken and noodles. I usually divide the juice to pour over equal amounts. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
