Fresh water Drain

We just purchased a Landmark Mesa. I need to drain the fresh water tank. In looking under the coach I have found the blue low water point. Is this the only drain for the fresh water tank or is there a more elegant way to drain the tank alone?

Thats the way to do it, ans pull the anode rod in the HW tank after opening the Temp-Pressure valve to relive the pressure. Then go for a walk or dinner because it will take a while.

If you are hooked up to sewer in a campground, you can use the fresh water pump. Just turn on a couple of faucets. If you're winterizing, As Jon mentioned, pull the anode rod to drain the water heater.
I like to leave a little water in the fresh tank with a little bleach mixed in. Keeps it "Clean". I don't think you ever get ALL of the water out anyway.
