32buds floor issue

so after a month at the dealer my family and I went to pick up our 2012 32 buds, It was purchased in the begining of december used one weekend at christmas and then taken back to the dealer for a small punch list of witch the biggest problem was there is something snagging the floor in the kitchen area and cut an 8in hole in the floor. so we get to the dealer friday night and had planned on staying at the delers campground for the weekend, put the main slide out and what do you know it cut the floor agian. The repair its self looks great they cut the flooring on the grout line and put a patch in its place looks great, but would'nt you think they would have looked for what was cutting the floor in the first place. So trailer is staying at the dealer so they can do second repair. Is there any common porblems with the slide or screws being driven to far in so that I can relay any info to the dealer. any help would be appreciated
