Winter use of a FX235

I am seriously considering a North Trail FX235 for my family of five and our black lab. We camp year round in colorado and spend our time fly fishing and hunting. My questions are: how good is the north trail trailers in the cold weather and are they sturdy enough for mild off road travel after an axle flip and tire upgrade? Any experiences or first hand knowledge would be appreciated. My wife and I have narrowed our search down to 2 travel trailers. We are considering the North Trail FX235 and the Grey Wolf 22BH. They are the shortest floorplans that have the features we are looking for. I realize that they 2 different constructions (wood/aluminum vs. aluminum/fiberglass) but they are in our budget and have a good floorplan for our use. We are coming from a 9.5" truck camper/expedition trailer combo and we like going in deep on the forest roads to get away to our favorite hunting and fishing spots. Thanks for the input.
