I sent Lippert an email regarding a problem with my Wireless Keypad this morning and within 20 minutes got a response that they were sending me a new keypad. 20 MINUTES. It don't get much better than that. Ken

Excellent! Some companies are learning that good customer service results in more customer returns, and news travels quickly on the internet. Bad news travels further and faster though.
