2012 Landmark roof

Was looking at one the other day and climbed up the ladder to view the roof. I was thinking it was a rubber roof, but it looked different than my current rubber roof....it had a pebbled texture...looked really good.

Was I looking at a rubber roof or have they started using something else...maybe the TPO ?

What are the pros/cons of TPO vs rubber ?

That's great - first that I've heard of this. Pros/Cons of each (TPO/EPDM).

@MT - No, not quite. The reference link you posted is to the OLD style TPO that used to be installed on flat residential roofs. There were issues with UV degredations. The new style TPO used on RVs is improved. I'll look for a link.
