I would like to commend the Jensen folks for their prompt support regarding a post 0f just a few days ago. I didn't realize they monitored the forums. I posted regarding our TV remote that just stopped working. We did all we could think of even replaced the remote with a generic one. Nothing worked. Jensen responded to the post and I called them on Monday 3/12/12. The tech told me how to check the remote. It was broken and he offered to send one free of charge with no questions asked.

A few of our suppliers "really get it" and have accepted my invitation to have a presence on our forum. For those few that have accepted, we all commend them. Thank you for recognizing ASA (Jensen).

On different occasions, I have worked directly with Customer Service at both Jesen/ASA and Dimplex (Fireplaces), both had great customer service took care of our questions and issues quickly.
Both are first class companies that care about their customers.
