New To VA

I just purchased a 3055RL and when the dealer tried to register it, DMV said they had no record of Heartland. Took two days for DMV to set it up.
Am I the first guy in VA to register a Heartland or did DMV do there normal???Me thinks the latter....LOL

You are not the first to register in VA. The DMV is a little behind, remember you are dealing with goverment employees (you cannot say goverment worker that is nonexisting) You do however have to think twice about registering in a state where the personnel property tax is high on the toys that you purchase.
