RW 415 Options Not Listed on Heartland Website

First would like to state that we are very impressed with Heartland products and look forward to our purchase. We had been focusing on the Cyclone model, in part based on our review of the Heartland website. This weekend we were in Lubbock, TX walking thru various Cyclone models when we saw a Road Warrior 415 and went inside for the heck of it. Absolutely loved it! The weird thing is the RW415 had options that the website indicated did not exist (ie. large fridge with icemaker). I guess our subtle criticism would be to have a more accurate website. This leads us to believe that it is much more difficult to decide on a model if you have no clear idea how it can be outfitted. How do we cure this?

The least painful cure is to call HL and ask what the options are for RW415.

And when you speak to someone let them you want to also know about the hidden option list.

We noticed the same thing when ordering our 30C. Luckily Mike Alpin guided us through most of the options. Shoot an email to Heartland with your questions and they will forward it to the regional manager for your area. Hopefully for you it's Mike as some of the others aren't as good about getting back to you as he is. The only hidden option that we didn't know about and certainly would have ordered is the 110PSI rims and Goodyear G614 load range G tires IPO the Towmax China bombs that come standard.
