kitchen flooring loose

Would like to know if anyone else has a 2012 big country 3450 that the kitchen flooring is loose and or bubbling up near kitchen slide out or any where on the floor. plus, would like to know if the flood lights are supposed to have a switch or show up on the remote to which we have neither.

The flooring is just stapled on the perimeter .Its not glued down so I guess it would be possible to bubble up .The outside flood light only work with the remote.

the lights are not an option that is selectable from the remote, plus they put a space in on the control panel including a label but no switch either. its the little things that make a diff and most of the time make one rather disturbed especially when you think of what quality control should be. but I guess that is RV ownership.
