how to use programable thermostat in bedroom in 2012 Grand Canyon

We have a new Grand Canyon and need to use the air con in the bedroom. It is dometic programable thermostat and there are NO instructions for USAGE in our paperwork only install instructions which do me NO GOOD<
Anyone know how to use it.
