Guess I have been off the forums a while....the Edge is discontinued?

Wow, I guess this has been discussed a lot, but I can't believe there aren't enough people with 5000lb capacity SUV's wanting a decent trailer for a family with kids. The Edge M22 at 3700lbs dry weight seems to have been replaced by the Wilderness WD2250BH at 4700lbs dry. That is no longer a possibility for my SUV. Kind of sad, but probably will help the resale value, being a rare and envied commodity now.

I agree the M22 is perfect for a family, not too big but still has space for everyone. We get lots of compliments about ours as well...

I have to agree I liked the Edge. I don't know why they discontinued it. I think the wilderness was another brand that was purchased by Heartland. It's more of a lower quality NorthTrail.

I hope that Heartland brings out another Light Weight Trailer that's bigger then the MPG. It was the Edge that got us into camping. But we bought a light weight SOB. Then we upgraded to the NT. We really like the looks of the Edge.
