Heat Pump / Air Conditioning Combo.

Good Afternoon,

Looking for some assistance with our 2011 370C;

When I select heat on the wall thermostat and "call" for heat the furnace starts and heats PLUS the AC fan comes on BUT blows cold air. Does anyone know if this unit comes standard with a combo AC/heat pump unit?

And if it does it begs the question why no hot air from the ceiling? Is there a reset or breaker for this somewhere? My manuals do not indicate what type of unit I have on board - just a warranty form for the AC unit. Our manufacturers "retail price sheet" does not indicate if my AC unit has the optional Heat Pump.

Any ideas?

Your thermostat has a FAN setting that is set to HIGH. Press the mode button until it is in FAN mode and use the + / - buttons to change the setting to AUTO.

When FAN Mode is set to HIGH or LOW, any time the thermostat calls for heating or cooling, it'll run the A/C Fan at that speed. On AUTO, it only runs the A/C fan when the A/C unit is needed.
