We have a 2012 BIGHORN 3670 that we purchased in Feb 2012. We have trouble seeing the screen to tune in channels. Has anybody had this problem.

I did not give enough info on this problem. The screen that is not visible is the one on the radio. It is a blue screen that you have to get in the right position to be able to see what am or fm channel you are on. when you finally bend around to see it, you are to far away to change channels. This is a tuner problem not tv related. Sorry for wrong info

First dumb reply question: Did you turn on the antenna amplifier? Some folks have forgotten (or not known) about it. The other thing that seems to cause grief is the cable connections in the rig, from the antenna to the TV may not be tight (or even connected), so check them. Also check the connections on the back of the antenna amplifier while you're at it. And even up on the roof, check the connections to the antenna.

What brand of TV did they provide with your 3670? My 2009 BH3670 has a different TV mounting and is a Jensen with a Samsung DVD amplifier system (furball optional).

Does the radio have a reset button? Ours was acting up and the buttons weren't working right, used a paper clip to reset it and it works fine now.

mytruc, some of those home theater units have a couple of display options available through the remote control using the menu. Go into the menu and look for display options.
Welcome to the forum by the way. Hopefully we're able to help.

A Jenson Radio DVD?, press the menu button once, it says menu, press again it says contrast, rotate the volume button to increase the brightness, leave the unit alone for 5 seconds it will go back to radio mode, or press more times, there are more options. Hope that helps. Press and hold volume button and you get bass treble and balance controls.
