Update - Butch Burson (RVS for Less)

Lots of folks have asked about Butch's condition. Karen (his wife) has asked me to ask everyone for prayers as his tumor is growing. Her message to the President of DRV is:

Dave,
Would you please send out a prayer request for Butch regarding his brain tumor. We were referred to Vanderbuilt Hospital three weeks ago for a second opinion on his brain tumor. The brain tumor is non-cancerous and is called an acoustic neuroma. It is growing and the size of the tumor is about the size of a ½ dollar. Butch has surgery scheduled for Sept. 6, 2012 at Vanderbuilt Hospital. He will loose all of the hearing in the left ear. It is a 10-12 hour surgery. He will remain in ICU for 4-5 days and then should be able to come home. The recovery time is 4-6 weeks. We are asking everyone to continue to pray and ask God for another miracle that he would remove the tumor and Butch would not have to have this surgery. God has performed one miracle and we know he can perform another miracle. Thanks so much!
