Generator connections

I plan to buy a portable generator to power my BIG COUNTRY 5th wheel Model 3350TS air conditioner primarily. I want to leave it in the bed of the truck.

The trailer connections are all located on the left rear corner of the trailer and it will be difficult to run the power cord to the truck because of the length. I could add a 30 amp cord extension but still prefer not to do that.

Is there a way to connect or to put in a connection such as a 30 amp cord at the front of the trailer? Is there a power location at the front that could accommodate a cord connection?

Thanks for your input.

I ran a 30 amp shore line at the king pin. Connects through a 50 amp transfer switch in the basement. I ordered my unit with the 50 amp transfer switch, but easy enough to install, just $$$. I can run the AC with my two Honda's while driving down the road on hot days.

This sounds like what I want to do. Now to figure out where the transfer switch connects to the electrical system.
