Our Bighorn water manifold valve has to be in the position marked "normal" for the pump to work.
On our Elk Ridge, it's right behind the UDC. I have to access it by removing the back basement wall.
I have a 2007 Cyclone 3795 and the water pump doesn't seem to work. I usually use shore water and just recently discovered the pump doesn't even make a sound. The main fuse is fine, what now? Where is the pump itself? Is there a fuse or the like on the pump itself?
Thanks,
Mark
Hi Billy, welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum. Is the 'basement' the black plastic cover that is bolted/screwed to the underbelly? DO I have to drop this entire 'bottom' to get to the water pump?
That's interesting MTPockets. I dropped my unit off for some repairs yesterday and the water pump was on the list. When we went through the PDI I asked what "Normal" was for and the guy couldn't give me an answer other than "normal". So I'll be calling the service manager in hopes this is the fix.
