I am 90% solid we can make this! We visited the area once in 2011 and really enjoyed it. We're Civil War history buffs. Hope to make this one!

Very cool! I know this is way off but in order to follow through with our future plans we needed to nail this one down. We will be updating this as information is obtained!

Darn it! Won't be able to make this one...I was hoping you'd keep the original date of Sept 27 - 29 - that we could have done. Enjoy everyone!

A rally posted with enough lead time for me to pick vacation!

Deb - is it open yet to call in or is the campground holding off?

Duane I am glad we could get enough advance notice for you to schedule your vacation.

I think we have to wait until contracts are signed to make reservations but you can try it. The contacts should be done by the end of the week. If you call please let me know and be sure to ask for Burt!

Drummer Boy is now accepting reservations for the 2013 Northeast Region Rally. They will assign you a site number for best rig fit but keep in mind these assignments are based upon us filling the 50 reserved sites. In the event we don't make our 50 site target some of us may be reassigned in order to keep the group together. Please post back with your site number when your reservation has been made.

When making a reservation they will take a 50% deposit based upon your entire stay. Payment in full will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Regarding cancelations and changes to your reservations!A $10.00 fee will be charged for each requested change to a reservation. The charge will be assessed on a per site, per change basis. This is the first time I have personally encountered this fee but will be mindful of this in the future.

If it is necessary for you to cancel your reservation, the following rules apply:
If a cancellation is received within 21days of the reservation start date, a full refund will be given less a $25.00 processing fee OR we will issue a Rain Check less a $10.00 change fee. If a cancellation is received within 20 and 8 days of the reservation start date, a rain checkwill be issued less the $10.00 change fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the reservation start date will receive no refund or rain check.
