Dometic Heat Pump Vibration

Just finished three weeks up in Penn and Virgina. The mornings were cool enough for a little heat. Turned on the living room a/c-heat pump. There was a bad vibration that required me to turn the heat pump off. The dealer just inspected the unit for loose nuts and bolts and could find nothing. Has anybody had the same problem or have any ideas. The unit does blow out warm air.

Make sure you check with your hand on the front of the fan that faces the condenser, you can't see it, but you can feel for it. That seems to be the place they always seem to find to build a nest.
