PLEASE NOTE: This forum is not for everyone and it is not the Heartland RVs, LLC 'Complaint Department' either. We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. We apologize for this but there's no gentle way to say it. If by chance, you came here to bash Heartland RVs, LLC, Heartland products or if you have no plans to be anything other than constructively helpful to other forum members, then this forum is not the one you are looking for. In these cases, please PM the Admin to request your membership be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

1. The Heartland Owners Forum exists primarily for member to member communications so members
may share with and learn from each other
2. Commercial enterprises and/or their representatives are allowed as members in order to monitor the activity
of Heartland product owners and prospects, but are not allowed to solicit business within the forum
3. To insure a prompt and quality response to your question or comment, you must post it to the proper forum
4. You are not allowed to post the same message in multiple forums
5. The use of any profanity is not allowed. The combination of an 'Integrated Watchdog' and forum Moderators
will monitor posts and attempt to expunge objectionable language
6. 'Flaming' or otherwise 'bashing' of other forum members, this forum or Heartland RVs, LLC is strictly forbidden.
Professional conduct is a primary requirement for participation on the Heartland Owners Forum
7. Spamming, in any form, is strictly forbidden
8. Users/members may not use the Heartland Owners Forum to advertise commercial endeavors. This includes direct posts, commercial
URLs in your profile or signature, as well as, active links to other sites on the Internet. An endorsement/opinion
of a product, service or company that you have first hand experience with or knowledge of is allowed if kept
brief and to the point. You may include URLs or active links to commercial sites for the purpose of expanding
on comments or providing additional information as part of regular forum interactions
9. The 'Items for Sale' forum is for 'member/user to member/user’ only. Dealers and other
commercial endeavors may not post product or service solicitations. Solicitations, Recalls, Notices etc., by
private/public agencies or individuals may be submitted to the Administrator for consideration
10. Posts are not allowed in which a local or state consumer action board and/or legal consul is/have been involved.
This includes posts related to future, ongoing or past lawsuits
11. The Heartland Owners Forum no longer allows trailer pricing to be posted on the forum as it creates too much consternation.
Pricing when posted will be edited or deleted
12. A valid email address is required upon registration. If your email address changes later, you must update your
profile to include your valid email address. In your profile, you may elect to keep your email address private
and even decline to receive emails from the administrator. If however, your email address is determined to be
invalid, you risk having your membership canceled
The above rules will be strictly enforced. Continued violations may result in loss of Heartland Owners Forum privileges and complaints being lodged with your Internet Service Provider. Heartland Owners Forum reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke membership to anyone without notice. If a member name is banned, it may not be reinstated.
