ATF: North Trail - 12 volt power for ceiling fans

I have a 2013 North Trail 26lrss. I've already installed a new fan in the bathroom, 12 volt power was stubbed out for the factory fan. I would like to also install fans in the bedroom and living room ceiling vents. I took both covers off the ceiling vents and both are blocked with solid framing. 12 volt wires are not stubbed out and no way to see in the ceiling with the solid framed openings. I know there is 12 volt light circuits close by both vent openings that I could pick up a hot. My question is there a 12 volt hot running anywhere close the these vents thats not on a light switch.

We do not install wiring for these lights. You would have to switch the fan off of the light. The power vent and the lights both have their own on/off switches.
