Replacement Tailgater

While camping a couple weeks ago I had a difficult time getting the Tailgater to connect to satellites through what seemed to be a big gap in the trees. Never did get it to work after many tries. When I got home I connected it with a clear view of the southern sky and still no luck. I then called Dish and asked them what to do since it was still under warranty. They told me to call King Controls.
Called them and after going thru a few procedures with the unit while on the phone they gave me a return merchandise # and said to take it to FedEx which I did (at no cost to me). It took 3 days for them to get it (AL to MN). They had it for a day or so and ended up sending a brand new unit back to us.
Bottom line is King Controls provided us with outstanding customer service and I suggest if anyone has any problems with their Tailgater don't bother calling Dish, just call King Controls and they will (hopefully) provide you with the same outstanding service they did us.
