First, let me start by saying HL is a great company. Thank you Ian! Got in touch with the GM at our dealership, sent pics of both the Jensen install and fireplace repair, which is a story in its self and filled him in on what we have been thru with Service. He got right on top of it after seeing the pics and now the service Dept manager will come to us to take more pics and do measurements to order what we need to get this done correctly. Yeah!!!!!

Our guy from the Service Dept just made his house call and took more pics and measurements. Getting new Jensen and speakers and a brand new frame that surrounds the fireplace and reinstalling everything the way it should have been done in the first place. When we take it in to have all this done they promised we will have first priority and will be done the same day. Yes!!!! Now that's service...
